Each project begins with a deep engineering study. The formation of design and operational documentation is carried out in parallel with the mathematical modeling of physical processes. This makes it possible to fully calculate the characteristics and behavior of an unmanned aerial vehicle even before the first prototype is assembled and production is launched.

Own production facilities, equipped with modern high-precision machines and automated machines, allow to realize a complete cycle of precision processing of any complexity. In turn, the materials testing and analysis laboratory ensures strict quality control at every stage of production.
The heart of any unmanned aerial vehicle is its power plant. Within the framework of Design Buro, a universal engine assembly and run-down center will be deployed on its own test stands.
The development and production of digital FADEC control systems, radio electronic and on-board communication systems, gyro-stabilized optoelectronic systems, as well as ground control stations ensures technological sovereignty and independence from imported components. This allows for flexibility in adapting algorithms to any product modification, reducing the cost of serial production.
Through the implementation of a full in-house software development cycle, digital autonomy and UAV security are achieved. The elimination of third-party IT solutions completely eliminates risks associated with hardware and software vulnerabilities, as well as the possibility of remote disablement of the control circuit of drones by external entities.
Additionally, in the digital environment, full simulation of UAV behavior is carried out, various scenarios for the application of unmanned systems are developed - from basic flights for infrastructure monitoring to work in extreme weather conditions, which minimizes the risks in real operation.
